Error renewing subscription

Hi,

my website was downgraded to "free" and i want to get bronz bundle back, however when i try to process request it shows me error :{'channel_error': u'Basket started with product (sku=40000119,type=gxbo_bronze_bundle) not compatible with this channel (name=myyola_get_bronze,allowed_types=bronze_bundle)', 'error': 'channel_error'}

Is that something you are aware of?

How did you try to upgrade to Yola Bronze? I'm afraid I wasn't able to reproduce the error you are reporting. I successfully tried to upgrade to Yola Bronze in your account, using two different options:
  1. Log into your Yola account and open your website in your Yola Sitebuilder.

  2. In the bottom left corner of the lower menu bar, click on your account status and then on the "Upgrade" button.

  3. You will then be able to choose the Yola Bronze hosting package.

Or:
  1. Log into your Yola account.

  2. Change the URL in your browser address bar to http://yola.com/pricing.

  3. Scroll down to the Bronze package option and click on the button to purchase it.

Do you only want Yola Bronze or also a custom domain from Yola? Your custom domain expired in July and is no longer registrated under your name. By now it may be released for repurchase which you can try from your Yola account. If you want to repurchase your domain, please do this before you upgrade to Yola Bronze. During the domain purchase you will be able to select your hosting package.

If you should still encounter issues, please clear your cache and cookies, and retry. If this doesn't help, please come back to us.
