I must be missing something, but I can't find the link I need to stop payment on the gold package (my Australian location means that I do not get any benefit from the local boost feature, the main attraction as far as I'm concerned). Please help! I paid for 12 months in advance, and my understanding is that I am entitled to a refund for the months I won't be using after cancellation.

As for how I'm feeling about it, "rather annoyed" would be a polite approximation!
