We are a small renovations company and are looking to figure out what tools we can use to give our customers basic estimates, for small jobs, on our website.

Hello Ewynn

Perhaps do you have an example that we can see and offer you suggestions?

It's helpful if you lay out your questions for a form on paper first, before setting it up.
The customer can fill in the responses and submit it from your site. You would then get the info by email.

Do you think that would work for you?

I figured out, through searching the web, that what I want to implement on my site is a multi-step form that also calculates the customers choices in order to generate an estimate for basic jobs. I was searching ways to create one and only found info about how to make one with code such as "php." Do any one have any info about how I can embed such a form on my site.

An example would be: A customer wants to get a kitchen painted, install can lights, and refinish his/her cabinet doors. On the form the customer can choose how many doors he/she want finished, how many cans he/she want installed, and that they have a medium sized kitchen. With that info, the form would generate how much the job would cost.

Hello Ewynn,

Thank you for your message. I cannot think of a form through Yola or Wufoo that allows what you are looking for. I do suggest searching online for another outlet to do this. Unfortunately we do not allow PHPs to be uploaded in the sitebuilder. If you do find an option that suits your needs, please share it with us and we will gladly check to see that it is compatible with our sitebuilder.

Kind Regards,

You might be able to do this using Google Docs....You can make Excel type spreadsheets then embed them on your site as a form.
