eWebCounter broke Yola !!

I have quite a serious problem. I have been using eWebCounter for my website tracking for almost 2 years now. They have ceased their tracking program effective May 16, 2010.

I have their tracking code pasted on every one of my pages on all of my sites. The sitebuilder won't let me in to delete the code. It seems the sitebuilder cannot access their url and therefore never stops loading. Any suggestions as to what I do now??

Attached is a copy of their email:

We regret to inform you that eWebCounter will no longer be in service effective May 16, 2010. Sadly, we have made this decision because we have not been able to monetize from eWebCounter in order to keep up with the cost of hardware, software and support it requires. Please remove all tracking codes from your website(s) as our service will stop tracking it.

If you are a paid member we will cancel your PayPal subscription and refund your last month's payment within the next few days.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Hey Boomer,

Wow, that looks really frustrating! I am going to ask Kershnee or Sanja to take a look at this with you as they are the ones on the team that might be best equipped to look at how to remove any code. Neither of them are online right now, but when they are they will take a look. Sorry for the wait!

Boomer, would it help if you unpublished your site, temporarily? I'm wondering -- if you could get it off the Internet, then the Sitebuilder would stop trying to access eWebCounter?

Hi Boomer, I am new at this but I have a problem. I used eWebCounter also and I have no idea how to get rid of it on my web page. It is slowing down the whole process of opening my web pages. Unfortunately the company that designed my page went bust and disappeared and I have no idea of my user namer or password to get into the non-existant eWebCounter to get rid of the codes. Do you have any ideas or did you manage to solve your problem?
