Has a feature to enable you to make an exact copy of a site been implemented yet? We have a site in Spanish (on an .es domain) that we want to copy to a French .fr domain. We'd like the two sites to look identical but with (obviously) the text in a different language.

Hi Paul

This feature has not yet been created. I'm sorry I don't have better news. There may be people here who can think of a workaround.

Hello Stewart,

It will be a great feature.

If you would like my experience or suggestion of creating an alternate line within your site for Stirling I'm happy to share a solution.

Hi Peter

I would really appreciate your thoughts - I hope to drive my website forward through subtle but effective affiliate marketing. I am torn between offering adverts that are in dollars or in pounds.

To overcome this problem I wanted to duplicate the site and have dollars on one and pounds on the other joined by one homepage that gave the option of choosing their route depending on their locality.

I shall look forward to a possible solution to this

You have the idea Stewart,

I did this with a site in two languages.

The index page allows the choice of going forward in either language( currency) and as you move through it remains on this selection.

I have also given the option of going directly to the corresponding {identical page in the other language(currency)} for those who would wish to correct my grammar in one or both languages :)

Basically you don't return to the index page after the first selection. I chose to set it this way to minimise the confusion.

There's no magic. It's a direct re-creation in the other language (currency) obviously with a different page name.

If you would like to see the layout http://sribuaban.synthasite.com

I've recently started playing with it again so it's again in a little flux.

Of course any questions I'm happy to attempt an answer.

http://www.testgodsgr8outdoors.yolasi... Spanish
http://www.godsgr8outdoors.info/ English

I created a template and place two different sites. Then set up one site, then did the another site (copy and paste) and use Google Translate from English to Spanish Language. I hope the Spanish is correct as I don't speak or understand Spanish. This requires work though.
