A problem seems to have developed with the Facebook comments widget which is messing up my website http://www.simplyeighties..com. I have this widget on every page of my site and It is now appearing right justified on both my published site and in the Yola editor. I hope someone can fix this soon as it is making my site look rather messy!

Hello Mark N

Can you please give me an example of pages where your Facebook Comments Widget is on?

Hi Stefan, well it's near the bottom of just about every page (except the home page), but try this page http://www.simplyeighties.com/adam-an...

Hello Mark N

I was able to see and replicate the error you are reporting. I've done some tests in your account and found out that this is only happening on existing pages, but not when I create a completely new page (Page > Add new page), drag and drop a Column Divider Widget and add the Facebook Comments Widget into the left column. It will display as designed for all alignments.

When I look at your pages, I see that on most of them the elements added to the columns of the Column Divider Widgets exceed the width of the columns. You can see this on your live site where the distance between content from the left is bigger than from the right-hand side. That's why the middle line of the Column Divider Widgets shows as displaced on your pages in Sitebuilder View, and elements overlap the line or the right widget border. This is most probably the reason why your Facebook Comment Widget on these pages doesn't work properly.

To fix this you will need to make sure that the rest of the elements on your page won't exceed the column width. If you need more space, you can either edit your Site CSS to extend the page width or choose a different Style with a broader space for the page content. To have the same column width it may be helpful to choose a two-column layout from the lower menu bar.

Hi Stefan, thanks for your advice, but the problem seems to have been fixed and all of the widgets are now central again every page. I'm not sure what was going on yesterday but it all looks fine again today!

Thank you.
