Facebook preview image cant be changed

My site previews when I add to FB with an out of date image, how do I change this preview image. I have even removed it from my files. Sorry if I am being an idiot

I have the same problem - except mine is stuck with the yola logo and I want to replace it with my own image. Is there a glitch?

If there is a glitch, it would be with Facebook, not with Yola. You can find the steps on how to edit your link icon on this thread (second post by me): Facebook Publishing. If the steps should be outdated, please let me know, and I'll be happy to update the information.

Thanks Stefan, Have tried this now - several times and with different images using different image progs. just in case. Every time it gives me the same no no. Wrong size (although it isn't)! Can't find anywhere on FB to get the help! Sooo frustrating!

I can honestly tell you that I'm quite clueless about this problem. As this happens within your Facebook account, the only way to get help with this would be to contact their Support. You can submit a message to their Support from your Facebook account. I can understand how frustrating this must be, and I'm sorry that I can't be of much more help at this stage. I can assure you that this is not happening because Yola blocks anything. You should certainly be able to customize your icon image, and I have done this for my own Facebook page and helped users to do this sucessfully. I hope Facebook Support will assist you with this.

In case you haven't tried it, you could clear cache and cookies of your browser, use a different browser or even another computer to exclude that something on your computer could be causing this problem.

Ah... AT LAST!! Thank you very much. I've done it now with your suggestion of clearing the cache and cookies.
