I cannot get my custom tab image to change on my facebook business page. I continually meet the error message "You can upload a JPG, GIF, or PNG file. The size of the image must be 111 x 74 pixels. File size limit 1 MB. If your upload does not work try a smaller picture." I have tried lots of pictures, and had this problem for 9 months now. Facebook says it is the Yola Website Builder, Yola has not been able to identify the problem. my customers are confused by the Yola branding. I have Yola Silver, and the online store. The interface is otherwise seamless to my facebook page, except at the top of the page where the tabs(photos, notes, etc) are located and where the website tab is located. I can change the Custom Tab name, but not the image. I have tried multiple browsers, I have tried two different fb accounts under the same e-mail addresses as my Yola account. Any ideas. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have their website on their facebook page and have changed the Custom Tab Image? ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED! Don't want this to become the problem of the year. I have screen shots if anyone needs to see EXACTLY what I'm talking about. otherwise, go to facebook pages, Just Ducky Soap. Our end address on fb is: https://www.facebook.com/cuddlyduckling You'll see what I'm talking about on the top bar menu of the page... photos, likes, notes, website, map, etc. Website is where the Yola branding is I can't seem to get rid of. yes, I have re-attached and deleted the tab/reloaded Yola as well- many times. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you in advance.

And then it goes to this. No go. Fb says Yola Website Builder is "blocking" my photo upload, yet the error message is on their side. Any ideas?

Hello Elizabeth

When we try to replicate the problem you report with our Facebook accounts, everything works fine. I'm presuming that there is a problem with the right dimensions of your image file. Please use the recommended dimensions and re-try. Facebook can sometimes be fussy, but I can assure you that there's nothing that Yola does to block you from uploading your own image.
