Failure to Deliver Mail

It's come to my attention that about 80% of emails are failing to arrive into my account. The senders keep getting Failure to Deliver reports. They try to resend and eventually it goes through. I have tried deleting all unnecessary emails from my inbox but this hasn't improved. As you can understand I need this issue resolved ASAP.

Hi Gemma,

I understand that this is concerning and I would like to investigate why some of your senders are receiving these reports urgenctly. Your emails sent to Yola Support have been received and I have just responded to you these. I also sent a test email to your mailbox and according to our logs it was delivered successfully.

Please could you review my email and respond to me on the thread. As soon I have the information requested I will be able to look into this for you.
