Monique - i dont use or like twitter, but my friend is a twitter freak and while discussing the site he told me that if you put a # hash in front of the most important word of the tweet(?) it does something good. This may be common knowledge, you may already know that, i just thought i'd tell you anyway.

Hi Lee

Thanks for that. The hash tag does assist with searches and I often forget.

People seem to love or hate Twitter. I just plain didn't get it to start with, but I am becoming a convert. I don't have my own Twitter feed yet but I do like using it for Yola. If find we reach a different audience with Twitter, and it is useful to send a quick tweet to someone linking to a longer Get Satisfaction thread.

Lee, I think it is just one of those things where site owners need to have a presence because so many people use it now.....At least we can post our URL when we tweet...On a personal level...I really don't get it

Agreed 100%, if I owned Yola I would have an account. The whole thing makes more sense when its a business using it, usually its celeb's and normal people and I really don’t care or want to know what their doing.
I do think it’s a wise move from Yola, a good edition to their customer service arsenal.
