Can I reach your Support via phone to help me with payment and site building questions?

I find the fact that YOLA doesn't have a tech support number to call abit unusual. I also think it is done that way so that you can accidentally lock into purchases you dont want because you may not be exactly sure how to navigate their site. I am not a certified YOLA expert but yet I am left on my own to try and figure out this cumbersome site.I have twice been forced to pay extra because of lack of customer service. I am completely dissatisfied and this year will be my last with this company who obviously does not care enough about it's product to staff a LIVE person to handle technical support and questions.

I'm sorry to see that you seem to be unsatisfied with our Customer Support channels. We do phone calls on request, so if that's your preferred way to get in touch with us, we'll be happy to arrange a callback for you. Please send us your phone details and preferred time via e-mail to, so we can make an appointment with you.

That said, we do offer live Customer Support via Live Chat which you can acccess from your My Yola dashobard ("Ask a question") or your Sitebuilder (bottom right corner box). A good way to contact us about payment issues is our Contact Support Form, so we can forward it to our Payment specialists to look into. Please make sure you fill in the e-mail address that you use for logging into your respective Yola account, so we can locate your Yola account in our system and check your payments history.

If you have any questions about Sitebuilding, you're more than welcome to post them here on the forum, providing the URL of your published website, and we and other customers will be happy to assist you and to give advice.
