Hi guys

I'm doing a project where we're raising funds for charity. For the project we have our own website built with yola (www.siyashova.com). I'm using an external site for the processing the donations (http://www.backabuddy.co.za/champion/.... What I'd like to do is fetch some of the info from the external site and bring it into my site - for example the Name, Comment, Date, and Amount info of the donations already made. I would need this to refresh everytime the page on my website is loaded. Is this possible?

Many thanks
Ria

Hi Ria,

It would be something that backabuddy might offer. Log into thier site and see if they have a widget or something similar that displays the info.

Then you would just drag that code into Yola and it would work.

Hi Lee

Unfortunately not. I checked with the site and its something they dont currently offer.

After some google searching I do believe this is possible, the term for it is called "scraping". But does anybody know how to do this?

Regards
Ria
