Hi,

I am very dissapointed. I have now over a hour to get the File Manager to open a folder. It is a subfolder. I uploaded photos to it and now I can't open it. Once it did and I could add a photo, but a few secs later it didn't open anymore when I tried to add one more photo. What to do?

I first thought that it is something wrong with Chrome ,so I closed it and logged in again with Internet Explorer... but same problem occurred! Any advices? Thanks!

Hello Peter

Can you please provide your website URL or your login e-mail (not your password) for us to check your Yola account?

In the meantime you can check if you used any special characters in your folder or file names. If so, please rename your folder and files. Their names must not include any special characters. Thanks.

I checked on my site and file manager/uploads all worked fine. I would try a quick cache clearing myself then proceed trying other methods(including doing as Stefan suggests) if that does not fix the problem.

Hello all

Some users are experiencing problems using the File Manager at the moment. We will release a general fix this week, and then the File Manager should work as usual. Thanks for your patience.
