I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. I'm wondering if you have any security programs running such as Firewall, anti-virus, pop-up blocker, ad-blocker, etc? If so, please try disabling these and see if that makes any difference?
Also, please try using a different browser and even a different computer to see if that helps.
Lastly, updating your Flash and Java may also help.
