I am seeeing this message frequently on my pages. Currently it is appearing at the top of two of them. I had made no changes to the first page, and only changed the code within an HTML widget on the second page before the message appeared. The pages still load, but the message is ugly and disturbing:

Hello condo58

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing this error message. I can definitely see how that would be disturbing! Can you please let me know if you're seeing this message on your published site or in your Sitebuilder?

Currently, I am not able to see this message on your published site. Also, can you please let me know what browser and version you are using? I am using Firefox. Can you try using a different browser to see if this makes any difference?

Thank you for your patience as we work on this together.

Hi Sanja,

The message disappeared on its own, as it has in the past, which is probably why you could not see it. When it appears, it shows up on the published site, I cannot see it in the sitebuilder. I am using Firefox 3.6.10. This error message appears a few times a week. BTW, what does it mean?

Hello condo58,

Would you be able to give us an exact time and date (and timezone) when this happened so that one of our engineers can dig a little deeper? Do you also have an idea of how frequently this error occurs for you? Do you see it everyday, once a week - that kind of thing.

Also - is that the whole error or is there more? If you're able to copy the whole thing and paste it here. Alternatively, feel free to send an email to support@yola.com and mark it for my attention.
