My Sites won't load when using Firefox, but they will on Internet Explorer. I checked my cookies and caches and my flash player- all good to go. Is anyone else having trouble with this? I'm using the new Firefox 6.0

I am having a problem with one of my pages not appearing when using FF 6.0.
This is happening to everyone with this version of FF and on one page only. It appears as a blank white page. It can be viewed on other browsers with no problem. This began last evening:

Hello Condo58,

It could be the FF version you are using. FF6 is a very new browser and may not have worked out its bugs. Can you please try rolling back to a previous version to see if that helps?

Hi Juan

What is the URL of your site? We can test it for you. Which other browsers, other than Firefox 7.x and IE9, have you tried?

The URL is www.optimalcleaningco.com.

In my dad's pc using IE 9 version 9.0.2 the website doesn't show up, just a blank page. Using Google Chrome (not sure of what version it is, it just says that it is up to date) it does show my page and in my pc's IE 9 version 9.0.3 it does show.

Those are all the browsers I've tried.

Thank you

Hello Juan,

Thanks for sharing your URL. If the site is working on both Chrome and IE, then the issue most likely with your latest version of Firefox. Please can you try reverting to a previous version of Firefox to see if that resolve the issue? You may also want to try updating your Flash and Java.

I've attached a screenshot of what I see when I use an earlier version of FF:
