Hi FelixT,

From what I understand, you have uploaded a file that contains a gallery, to your site. I think the reason this may not be working is that you need to add the file to your site using the File Widget, instead of adding a link to your file via the HTML Widget.

Here are the steps to upload the File Widget; please try them out and let us know if they fix the problem:

  1. On the main menu bar, click on Site > File Manager.

  2. Click on the "Upload Files" button that appears in the dialog box that opens.

  3. Browse your computer's folders for the file you would like to upload and click on "OK" to upload it.

  4. Once uploaded, you can click on the red "x" on the top right of the file upload dialog box to close it.

  5. To add the file to your page, for example a picture, drag-and-drop the Picture Widget onto your page.

  6. Click on "Browse uploaded picture" in the dialog box that opens.

  7. Choose the picture you would like to see displayed on the page.

  8. Click on "Select" to add it to the page.

You can also select multiple files to upload by following one of these options:

  1. Zip up your files and upload it to the File Manager.

  2. Right-click on the file and choose to unzip it.

  3. When browsing your computer for files to upload, hold down the shift or Ctrl keys to select more than one file to upload.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately it's not working. Below are the instructions they provide.

Download the 3d-banner.zip package and put all the files from this package into the same folder with the HTML file in which you want the product to be added. If you put all the files in a different folder, read this article to learn how to specify the paths correctly.

You should know that the SWF file is the one that actually represents the product, while the other files from the downloaded package are the assets that the SWF file uses. A short explanation on how SWFs and XMLs interacts can be found here.

Open your HTML file with a text editor and insert in the HEAD section of your page (between the and tags) the following lines:

The above code isn't enough to publish the product on your page. You also need to add in the BODY section of your page (between the and tags), where you want the product to be displayed, the following line:

I believe I've followed the instructions, but nothing seems to work.

Hello,
Unfortunately this is not my specialty area so I am going to request that our HTML team take a look. Please allow for 48 hours for them to respond here. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Hi FelixT,

The instructions you have pasted are incomplete and it is missing the code examples. Can I ask you to please either repost the instructions, using the <!-- and the --> bits to bracket your code and to prevent the forum from rendering the code or to please email us at support@yola.com with the info so we can assist you further?

I look forward to your reply.
