flickr- adding images on two pages

I have two pages on my website in which I wanted to add pictures.

One page I did was fine and I managed to add 30 using Flickr Slide Show ( the one where the images show as thumbnails and you click and you have the option to click next to view the following) Is 30 pictures the maximum?

More importantly however I cannot seem to find a way to add a different set of pictures on the second page. It keeps using the same ones on both pages and its driving me crazy.

I tried creating a different set on Flickr, but that did nothing for me.

Can someone help.....please.

I used flickr just like you are trying to. You need to make your sets in flickr, click "make a slide show" for each set one at a time, copy the codes one by one and go to flickr slidr at: http://flickrslidr.com/ and paste them separately. Take the code slidr generates and paste it on the page you want in a html widget. That should do it.

Hi Trevor

I ran into this very thing when using Flickr and remedied it by setting up an additional Set and having 2 seperate Sets with different images in either. Here are directions for how to set up an additional set.

How do I make a collection or set...

First, in Flickr click on your (Photo Stream) then on the tab which says (Organize) then click the (Sets) tab then (Create new set) button...Then, give your new collection or Set a title and description. Once you've done that, you can drag images from the bottom into your new collection. When you're satisfied with it, click the (Save) button.

Then click your PhotoStream and the new set should be there...

Click on your new set image and then click on the (Slideshow) button in the upper right corner, then in the blackened slideshow screen in the upper right corner click the (Share) button in the invisible mouse over set of buttons. Then grab the Embeded HTML then paste into a HTML widget. Then of course update...

That should do er

Oh by the way...

You can adjust the size of the sideshow by editing the code. In the HTML widget after you paste in the code you copied simply go in and edit the 400 width and 300 height to whatever values you like. Keep in mind to increase the numbers equally for example... 400 becomes 600 and 300 becomes 500

You need to do this twice in the code. Use the slider on the bottom and go to the very end you will see the same 400 and 300 values that you also need to change to the exact numbers you previously set in the beginning.

You are looking for this:

width="400" height="300"

to change to this

width="500" height="400"

or

width="600" height="500"

or smaller or larger but never to exceed the style width in which you are building your site.
