Here's an idea. Point or PX verses em
Using em will adjust you font sizes so that all should be able to read. You can also control color, style and more in addition to em. I'm sure there are other ways of doing this also.
Thank you for sharing the link and information about how to size fonts in HTML. Digging up this blog reminded me that you can also use percentage to size fonts - works on the same principle as the em tag.
