Form Email

Hi all,

Pretty simple, I have two forms, one which is short gets sent to me instantly.
The other which is quite long, is not getting to the set email.

I have now deleted my short one.

Whats the problem?!?!

Hello Seth,

I think that the first level of investigation should be to check the email your form is set to.

Click on the Form widget Edit notice at the top left and then select the settings option. There you can verify the email address that the form is set to.

If this isn't the issue then please make sure that either your get satisfaction email is the same as your Yola login ID or let the forum know your website address and page that the form is on.

Did you check the email address that your form is sending to?

Yes. Same as the other form, I get that one instantly.

Hi Seth,

Sorry to hear you're not receiving your form submissions. Do we have your permission to do some testing in your Sitebuilder in order to troubleshoot?

It turns out that it could not send to my yahoo email address, gmail is fine!

Hi seth kazzim

This sounds as if your Yahoo account puts the Form Submission e-mails into a Spam or Junkmail folder. Have you checked those in your Yahoo account?
