Form Post Failed | Yola Customer Community

Hello yola,
I have created form widgets in my websites. I have test them, filling them. Many of my visitors use them with no problems. But i received about 10 diferrent mails in the last days from people who see the message "Form Post Failed". I don't know what is the problem, maybe the browser or something else. Help me, if you could. Thank you in advance.

The problem you are seeing is a bug with a form when it is very large and there is a lot of information being submitted. At this time there is not a workaround besides making your form smaller, however I understand that is not ideal.

We are hoping to have a fix for this soon at which time we will update you with further information. Thank you for your patience.

That explains why my form only started giving me problems after I added to it.

Will I have the same problem using Wufoo?

Hello,
The error appears to only be affecting the Yola Form widget at this moment. You are certainly welcome to try out Wufoo in the meantime.

since 10am My site has been unable to accept forms. I was also unable to submit this under the contact us portion of your website my site is published under www.battlelakeparade.com

What you are seeing is a bug in our system. As you can see from Sanja's comment above, our engineers have been informed and are working on a fix. We will update you as soon as we know more. Thanks for your patience!

Also having this problem - have not changed my form in the past few weeks, but it's broken today :( Shame, as I've had an ad in the paper, that requires this form be filled, eek!

Will keep an eye out for updates...
