On your website I can see two different forms, one on the Contact us page, the other one on the Repair form page. With which form are you experiencing problems?
I've checked the e-mail settings of both forms, and found out that they go to different e-mail addresses. You may want to check if the settings are correct. Just click on "Edit" on the Form Widget and then on the Settings tab in the Form Editor. There you can check the e-mail address the form will be sent to.
If that doesn't solve the problem, please let me know about the form that causes problems, and I will check it in your account directly. Thanks.
