Forms not being sent to me from the website

I have put a form onto my website and I have completed the form a few times myself to test it but nothing has come through to say I have any forms completed how do I retrieve these? I recently emailed this question a few weeks ago and I have not reveived any response?

We strive to respond within 24 hour or less. It may be possible that our email might have arrived in your spam folder as well as your test emails? Can you please check there and see if you're able to locate them?

Please let me know how this goes.

I'm having this problem too. I've checked my junk folder, but nothing Got my brother to fill in test form and return, but nothing has arrived. Worried in case customers are trying to contact me with success. Help please

Hi Marian,
Thanks for checking your spam folder. The other possibility might be that the forms are not going to the email address you think they are going to. To find out what email address your forms are submitting to please click on the little "Edit" icon in the upper right hand corner of the Form Widget, click on the "Settings" tab and you will see the email address the forms are submitting to.

I have checked the e-mail address, and it is correct, and I've checked the spam folder, but nothing there. Any other ideas please?

Thank you for checking those things. I don't want you to be sharing email details here on the forum but I would like to check your email addresses and do a test send to your form. Will you please email me at support@yola.com, mark it Attn: Emmy, and let me know which email address you have your form being sent to, I will then test this and continue troubleshooting with you.
