if your original site is published with Yola and it has different content, then you can unpublish the site and publish your new site to both domains setting your primary domain as your new domain and your secondary domain as your old domain name. This would then re-direct any user who types in the old domain to your new site.

If your old site is published somewhere else then you have a couple of options. You may be able to set a permanent redirect also known as a 301 redirect to your new site.
If this is not possible with your other provider then un-publish that site and point your old domain to Yolas servers, re-publish your new site to the old domain as well as the new domain and set the primary as your new and secondary as your old in the same way as mentioned with the first option.

Yola have tutorials for pointing a site held by another host to Yola's servers: Publish to a domain you already own.

and the tutorial for setting your primary and secondary domains:Assigning domains and creating a primary domain
