Free account expired? I'm being asked to renew or I'll be downgraded and site unpublished

I have a free hosting account and I received an email saying that immediate action is required otherwise my site will be deprovisioned. It says my hosting package has expired, do free accounts expire? then I`m asked to renew or make sure I'm within limits of free account. I AM WITHIN LIMITS. I dont understand why I've been sent this email, I dont want my site to be unpublished, please advise. Thank you

Hi Dorina,

The updated specs for free hosting is a maximum of 2 published sites. This has changed over the last year.

If you have more than 2 sites currently published then you will need to pay for a hosting plan subscription. Yola Bronze offers 5 sites and Yola Silver offers 25 sites, as does Gold.

There are additional provisions included with these upgraded hosting plans and an outline is under Feature Packages within the link.

In addition to what Gop has shared, you will need hosting if you are making use of a custom domain.

Free packages do not expire, but if you are using any features that require a hosting package you will see this message.

I only have 1 site, I dont use any of the premium features, None of the files uploaded is bigger that 5MB and total of my files is about 100MB...
I did email customer services but it says it maight take 48hrs or more to get back to me, I was hoping to solve this earlier....
