Hi Dale,

I am sorry you've experienced confusion with the Get Your Business Online offer.

The GYBO offer is a partnership between Yola and Google, and offers small business owners the opportunity to sign up for a Yola account and take advantage of one free year of hosting, as well as a free .ca domain. Both the domain and the hosting are provided free of charge for the first year, to enable you to get your business up and running - with fewer overheads.

After the first, free, year your domain is renewed at CAD$13.95 and your Yola Bronze subscription is renewed at CAD$15.95. This is done automatically, using the payment information supplied when you redeemed your domain. Our auto-renewal agreement is explained when you redeemed your domain.

As part of this program, you also have access to a discount on upgrading to Yola Silver. If you took advantage of this, you will have been presented with the auto-renewal terms as well as the details of the cost of renewing this package after the first year.

While this information is not conveyed on the link you have provided, all the details of the offer are provided in the FAQ page: http://www.gybo.ca/faqs. I need to point out though, that some of the information on that page is outdated and we are working on updating it. However, the gist of the program and charges incurred are explained on that page.

I hope this helps!
