I cannot open any Yola websites. Therefore I cannot edit my FREE website. I called Yola Tech Support on Monday and I still cannot open the Yola.com Is there a secret. I use deodorant and shower most days so I can't understand why it won't let me in. Will someone correct this problem. My name isCharles Vaughn and my email address is ezincome@verizon.net.

Hello Charles

I couldn't find you using the e-mail you provided above – in our system I find a Charles Vaughn who sigend up with the e-mail address ezbizness@verizon.net – is that you?

If so, at what spot exactly do you fail to open your websites?

  • If you cannot log in, you probably used the wrong login e-mail. Try to use ezbizness@verizon.net, and see if it works.

  • After logging in, can you see your website on your My Yola dashboard?

  • After clicking on the "Edit Site" button, what happens? Do you get an error message that you could provide here?

Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi Stefan!
I used the incorrect email address when I wrote of my problem. I ried again to login today and I still cannot. I cannot even get the yola.com/login page. This has been going on for three or four days now.I have been using the proper login and password for a month now but when you can't even get to the point of logging in, it is fruitless. If you can help please do so. Please call me at 805-552-7209 and I am in the Pacific Time Zone. In Christ,
Charles
PS: Can you join me remotely?

Hi Charles

What you describe (esp. that you can't even access http://yola.com/login) sounds like there is a problem on your side. Can you please check the following trouble shooting steps for me (bold = most important to check):

  • Try loading the site on a different computer or network to see if you experience the same speed issues.

  • Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.

  • Try loading the site in a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).

  • Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

  • Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

  • Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.

If none of these steps helps, please post here again, and we can set up a remote assistance session.

I have taken the steps you have recommended including having my ISP provider, Verizon, attempt to openmy login site and he could not. So, the problem still exists. Thank you for your continued help and you may definitely set up a remote assistance session.

Charles
