Frustrated with Yola Silver and Mobile Publishing ;)

We have a confirmation email of our recent renewel for Yola Silver and yet we continually get reminders on our My Yola and the Edit of our Website that we no longer have it and we are not published online. We "are" published online as many of us have checked it out from other computers. Also, being that we are Yola Silver we should be getting the Moble Publishing and yet, when we check it out on Android or the iPod the website does not come up with the user friendly new Mobile Publishing. Hello Martin,

Yola accounts will check the issue of renewal notice and correct this.

The Mobile Publishing is really in an early pre-release and Yola are asking for feedback as they move into modifying the facility. A few specific issues have been brought up and this all helps of course.

Hi Martin,

I have taken a peek at your account and while you have successfully renewed your domain and Yola Mail, you have not yet renewed your Silver Package. There is not any trace that you actually initiated this renewal, either.

Please go ahead and try to renew your Yola Silver package. If you run into any errors, feel free to contact us either on this forum or at support@yola.com. Thanks!

I would like to know what happen to the money. Despite what you say about not being "any trace" on us doing so... we specifically, from our website builder where it says RENEW NOW (here let me copy and paste it as it is Still there ---> : "Hello Edge, welcome back!

where you can receive the rest of our side of all this. We are in hopes that for the year of 2013 that we will not have to find another web server to run our website. We wanted to stay with Yola indefinitely with our ministry, as we have enjoyed being with Yola this far.

Hi, below is a reciept for my renewal payment. I started with yola silver last year and recieved an email stating that my renewal payment would be the same for this year for yola silver. I paid for the site and for the 2 email accounts.

My account is now showing Yola Bronze and my website is unavailable on the web.

I have sent a couple of emails stating that I had been receiving warnings even though I had paid and now my site is down. This is not acceptable.

I expect you to contact me tomorrow Jan. 9,2012 either by phone (731) 501-6439 or by email at admin@edgeministries.net to let me know the problem is fixed.

Thank you for providing us with your receipt. When reviewing the receipt it appears that your payment was made in order to renew your domain and two mailboxes, but not your Yola Silver subscription:

As Brianna has advised we have not received a Yola Silver renewal payment, and this is the reason that you have been receiving Yola Silver renewals reminders.

I am with Yola Silver and I am very disappointed with the mobile publishing option. I am wondering if my site is showing up on mobile phones, as when I preview my site using your virtual phone it is showing no text. Unfortunately, I do not have an internet phone to check this as it is too costly.

Hello Mark,

I have tried to connect to your site with an iPhone both by WiFi and by 3G. Neither are able to pull in your site. I can see it by WiFi using a PC but of course not the mobile site. I also published a site I have with the mobile publishing and that isn't working either. I don't think that it's your site but suggests as you suspect an issue with the mobile publishing.

I know that the engineers are working on aspects of this at this time so it may be prem to think that the system doesn't/can't work.

Let me know if you feel I can do anything to monitor with you.

I'm unhappy about this to say the least as when I paid for Yola Silver I was looking forward to being able to publish a mobile site. Yola should not be advertising the fact that you can publish mobile sites when, quite obviously, the system still isn't working.

I know it's in Beta, but having clicked the button to enable mobile publishing you would think that our sites would show up, at least.

Very misleading.
