Frustrating Multiples (10-20) of Each E-mail Message Through Yola Need Yola Tech Expertise to Resolve

This is a very pressing question. We're not really ready for listening to or reading a lot of theoretics. We're considering the feasibility of continuing to recommend these e-mail addresses by Yola where we're not only receiving about 10-20 multiples of each e-mail sent, but our clients are unable to send documents to us. These challenges are specific to the Yola offerings. We're getting many un welcomed and frustrating multiples (yes "many multiples") of each e-mail someone sends. This is for the Yola techs on staff. Please, fix it: one message, from one source.

We require immediate, human intervention and feedback. It's a regular work week, so, let's see what your customer care is really like!

We apologize for the tardy reply to this post as we have missed this due to dealing with the technical issues that occurred last night and early this morning.

I am not sure I fully understand the issue at hand? From what I understand, you are using Yola Mail or is it another email service? When you say you're getting "10-20 multiples of each email sent" - do you mean that for every email sent you're getting a 10 extra copies in your inbox?

When your clients try to send you an email, do they receive any kind of error message?
