Hi Paul,
I'm sorry you are having this problem. What happens when you try to open the Site Builder?

Could you do the following for me, please and then try opening the Site Builder again:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

3. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.

4. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

Let me know if none of these suggestions solves your problem and what browser you are using.

Hi Paul,
I see that you have two accounts using two different email addresses, one of the accounts doesn't have a site in it so that is why it is coming to the page you see to create a new one. Your other account is the one that has your published site in it. If you login to that one you will be able to see the site to edit it. If you are not sure what email addresses you have used you can email me at support@yola.com and I can give them to you, I just don't want to post there here.

i know that i have about 18 yola accounts and i do know which 1s there are, but the site in question is on wordsearches@hotmail.co.uk account and the site is called summer wordsearch

Hi Smithy,
I have spoken with an engineer and they are going to be looking further into this, thank you so much for sending the error details to me, that helped! The only thing to do at this point is to click OK on the dialog box and close it and try again to Save. I am hoping that you will not loose anything that you have added to your site. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble Saving.
