Hi, is it possible to get a forum to fullcreen in a page inside one of the webpage? I'm using lefora forum, and I followed a post about how to do it, but the forum doesn't show fullscreen. Thanks in advance

I think it would be difficult to have a full page embedded forum. Simply because the page probably won't allow the full sizing. You could certainly get it to cover 80% (i guess) with one of the more open styles.

For a true full screen I thinkt you would have to go to a linked forum. (?)

However you could go for a pseudo full screen by selecting a background of your forum and filling the background of an appropriate style with the same colour ::::)

Nice trick! Might worth trying. is it possible to cover whole page horizontally? I'm thinking of a fullscreen forum still with navigation on top (I use the style with navigation menu on top)

You are welcme Haend.

Okay do you have a color picker tool on your computer?
We need to know the colour of the forum and this tool will tell you.
Also the width of the main colour. The easiest way I can think of to do that is to measure from the top of your screen to the beginning of your background that you want.

Also need to know the top colour of the navigation area you wish to use.

We will produce a two coloured background of specific dimensions,
I would also like to know the full height of your screen in centimeters plus the resolution that you have your monitor set to.

is this OK?

I think Nabble's forum you can fully embed into your website. You may need to use a iframe.

Whoa, sounds hard to do. I don't have a color picker either.. and.. can I send message or something to you directly? This post is getting into.. you know, rather "works only for me"..
@littleus
Nabble looks kinda too simple for me.. I need a forum with more administrative functions (no offense to all Nabble users)

Haend.. no offense taken! I don't even have a forum.

Are you using Firefox? If you are.. you could add on this cool color picker called "colorzilla". You point at any color on the webpage and it tells you the color number. After you download, there's a little eyedropper in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Click on that and then point your mouse to the color you want. Here's the download site: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire...

OK haend. I've checked the Lefora extras and there's no mention speifically which isn't saying that it won't work but what i have read si that support by lefora for this sort of thing is poor. That means if something was broken inside the forum it may be difficult to get advice.

So I'm thinking the original idea is still a goer.

No. I was focusing on Lefora.

But I was interested that Nabble's forum you could do that. I was taking the lead from Haend and a lead from yourself littleus.

Yes. the reason i was going down this path was because I have sort of done that with the forum on my site. Well almost because it was done in early days and I tried to pick the colour of the forum to match the site background as closely as possible. :)

er.. I tried using nabble, but.. they don't have any administrative functions like moderator and such..? Ok, I'll try Colorzilla, but I gotta change the background first though, I haven't changed it from the original one
