Furious about promotion

I purchased Yola pro at about 3AM EST. Yola promotional started shortly after. I mean within a few hours after I puchased.


I am furious. I was wandering is there a way for a partial refund?
I mean I was only a few hours off.
I don;t want to have to contact paypal then refund then purchase agian. to time consuming

I sent support an email pls respond ASAP so I can figure out what I'm gonna do.

Also where do I find all these other features PRo has to offer. like the yahoo thing. and the free ad placements.

I am sorry that our promotion makes you furious! That has happened to me a few times in my life - I buy an item I have been eyeing for months only to have it go on sale a day or two later. It is a tough break, but just the way these things work, in my experience. Promotional offers do not generally include refunds to people who made the purchase before the promotion began as this would be extremely difficult to manage. We are not offering refunds to people who purchased Yola Pro at full price simply because we are running a limited time promotion. The time window has a beginning and an ending and the package is charged at full price outside of that time window (on either end). That is kinda the point ;)

You should have received an email with the codes for your iStockphotos, Yahoo! and Facebook credits. Let us know if you didn't.
