GBBO - free year finished and I don't know how to keep my website

I set up a website using Getting British Business Online (GBBO) and I think my free year has now finished. My website is no longer online and I haven't received any information to keep my website up and running. Can anyone help me please.

Yola won't let your subscriptions expire without reminding you to renew them in time. Can you please check your Spam folders if you received our e-mails?

You can check in your My Yola if you can still renew your domain. In your My Yola, please click on "Domains" in the left-hand side menu. Next to your domain you will see the information if your domain is still available or not (you have a 30-day grace period after expiry). If it says "Try to renew", please click this link and follow the further prompts.

If you want me to assist you directly, I'd need your URL to locate your Yola account in our system.

If you post your password on this public forum, anyone will be able to log into your Yola account. So I would never ask you to provide your password for me here.

Your domain goldenspicerestaurant.co.uk expired in February. We send e-mail notifications to remind users when their domains are about to expire (please check your spam/junkmail folders of your e-mail programme). I'm afraid that this means that you no longer own the domain. It has been locked, and will be available for repurchase about 2-3 months from expiry.

In order to get it back you will need to check regularly if it's available again, and when it is, repurchase it. You can do this from your My Yola > Domains > Add custom domain. Let me know if you have further questions.

I can log in to my yola. Bt i would like to publish my website. To do this i need to pay for it. Bt my question is if i buy one of those yola bronch or silver willl i get back my website? Thnks

Goldenspicerestaurent.co.uk has expired so you will also need to check its availability as Stefan explained above or register a new domain name as well as purchase a hosting package. You can do all of this from within your Sitebuilder as you mention that you are able to log in.
