I am getting a 500-Internal message when I try to open Yola. I have tried rebooting my PC, clearing the cache and cookies etc but the problem still persists. Can anyone suggest a solution for this?
We are definitely up but have seen one other customer reporting this as well. Can you please tell us where you are located and who your internet service provider (ISP) is please?
I had the same issue, ended up having to reset my router for a different reason. When i wen to the yola website i was back on. Not sure why it happened but its fixed now. Maybe give that a try, and then clear the cache again just incase!
