I have paid for an email account. When I tried to create it the other night I was told all attempts failed and I shoudl try later. Now I find the 'Yola mail' tab at the left of my account screen seems to have dissapeared. Uuhh??!?

Sorry to hear you are having this problem. I was unable to locate an account for you using the email address associated with this profile. Can you please reply with the domain name you are trying to use Yola Mail with or submit a request to support here?

Hi Laura, sorry to be slow responding. The account in question is gatehouseglass.co.uk. I had a recent mail offering me a refund but I'd really rather get my email working.

I recently had another mail that worked on the assumption that I was a GBBO user (wassat?). I guess I confused things by using the wrong email account for contacting you so I apologise for that.

P.S. somehow found my way to the Yola Mail option again last night, and again repeatedly told to try again later. Is there a good time of day/week/month when it's nest to try?

Hi Mark,

I checked the support case regarding the Yola Mail account and see that the refund has already been processed. Your account does also confirm that you are a Get British Business Online (GBBO) member which means you are not eligible to sign up for Yola Mail. We need to investigate why you were able to see it from your account as it should not be displayed to you.
