Back in early February I was having hassles in connecting my site to Google.
To be honest I was ready to throw the computer out the window, but i calmed down and contacted support, who gave different angles to try with no outcome so back to support who took the challenge on and fixed it.
Now what I am saying is that even with all the hassles I had, support bent over backwards and extended their hand that little bit further and fixed my problem for me, for which I was greatfull and thanked them in the kindest manner I could find.
It is a pity that other sites cannot do the same thing. so with that said I urge each and every one of you to contact support when ever you have a problem as from the service I received that gets a massive tick from me.

Thanks Wayne. Support does try to help in whatever way possible. However, in this forum we also have thousands of customers and some of them often surpass even what support is able to do in sharing their knowledge and experience and troubleshooting an issue until it is resolved.
