Give your simple queation a great title:!! I.E. Warning-This Could Be The End!!

Help = (Community-powered support?) perhaps? or perhaps not? If it is why is it so Confusing and difficult to ask a simple question? If you do manage to pose your question after jumping through numerous hoops, I.E how do you feel about this? State you Mood? Add Tags? and you finally Post your question and get a reply why then: enter you email and password? already logged into yola with an email and password so what is this about? Enter ones usual yola email and password, just in case and it is rejected, If you get through that stage you then have to work out, do you send a reply to the person who answered your question by clicking on add a comment or do you try and go through the process, as I am doing right now!, of posting a comment..
If all the above is confusing to you then I have achieved my goal..This method of asking a simple question relation to a yola site is must be 'Totally Confusing' for any ordinary person who only want's a bit of advise and then perhaps once or twice a year!

Hi cbcobra,

Get Satisfaction and Yola are two different companys.
Yola makes use of the GS forum for their community support - that's why you need to log in again. Hope that clears it up a bit for you.

boomer is right. yola n Get Satisfaction are 2 totally different comanys. yola only use there forum for there coustomers. i hope u feel a bt better now that boomer has explained it.

CBCobra, you're correct that jumping through all the Get Satisfaction hoops can be quite irritating when you're new. But you get used to it, and then you don't even notice it. Promise.

I have been using Yola-(super site by the way) for a year or two now and I think this was the first and only time I needed help so I'm unlikely to need the forum in the near future?

Sorry but I still think it's way over the top as a way of asking a simple question and even now I am totally confuses as to whether 'This answers the question'- is the way of ending this query or whether I need to do what I am doing right now, submitting this post!!

As my old granny used to say--Yes, it has only took me half an hour to produce this meal but it has taken many years for me to learn how to produce it...

So this forum isn't produced by Yola, we just use it for our forum needs.
