Glitches found since the latest update!

I'm doing some changes on my website, first time since the latest update of the site builder, and I found some glitches.:(

I tried to drag an existing picture widget into a new column divider widget, but it didn't work unfortunately. This was working earlier without any problem. So I had to delete the old picture widget and had to add a new one, had to add the link to it. So I could made what I wanted at the end, just with more work and it took longer time.

The other one is, when I opened an existing HTML widget, because I wanted to copy the code only and I clicked on cancel instead of save (because I didn't made any change in the code actually) the whole widget disappeared! This never happened before. I had to remake this part.

Could you fix these bugs, please? They are really annoying.

Hi Valika,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these problems and we'd certainly like to help.

Could you provide the following information so that we can troubleshoot further:
1. What browser are you using? Eg. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3 etc.
2. What is your site's URL?
3. Does this happen on a particular page or all pages of your site?
4. What had you added to the HTML Widget?

Thanks for any information that you can provide.

Hi Marije,

1. I'm using Firefox 3.0.19 version.
2. http://mywebgate.co.cc
3. I've tried this on different pages, with the same result.
I had to make the changes I wanted finally and I could publish the site at last, but the sitebuilder didn't work the way as it worked earlier, as I've already written this above.
4. This was only an anchor link, what I copied from the HTML widget in order to paste it into a new one in a different page. The strange thing was that after copying the code, I clicked to the "cancel" button, because I didn't make any change on it, and this worked me before. Now clicking on the "cancel" button caused disappearing the HTML widget!

Thanks Valika - I'm going to have to do some investigation before coming back to you with an answer. In the meantime, would you mind checking that your version of Firefox is up-to-date (I don't think it is).

Hi Valika,

I've gone through the same steps that you describe and unfortunately none of the same problems happen for me. Could you let us know whether upgrading to a more recent version of Firefox helped at all?
