I just tried to configure my GoDaddy domain and found that they had changed prorocol when I got there to point to Yola. Does anyone have a clue how to point my domain to Yola?

Hi Rupert,

Duke's info is right, if you need more info, you can find it on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

We are in the process of updating our steps - I know GoDaddy have changed their interface slightly.

Duke's info is right, if you need more info, you can find it on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/... This all worked fine up to step 4.Now click: Click on "Total DNS Control and MX Records". which is no where to be found. I've done this several times in the past and had no problems until they changed the pages under "domain management". Now it is so obtuse, I can't make heads or tails of it.

Hi Rupert,

Here are the steps:-
1. Login to your GoDaddy Account
2. On the menu on the left, click on "Domain Manager"
3. A new tab will open with a list of your domains. Click on the domain you would like to edit.
4. In the middle column, click on "Total DNS Control and MX Records"

5. Under A(Host), click on the edit button to the right of the screen

6. Replace the current IP address with this one: 208.75.208.172. You can change the time to 1/2 hour if you like.

7. Click on OK and you will get a success message.

Wait for a few hours and when you go to your domain by typing it into your browser. It should either go to your site (if it's published) or to a placeholder page. If it goes to a placeholder page, you can publish it by following the steps on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

I hope that helps!
