Dear Sir/Madam,

When I first purchased Yola Store, you will see that it was not available with users who use Safari on Apple.

This was an issue for 3 months, so since this purchase was made I have now made other arrangements for my customers to pay online, which I hope you understand I had to make other arrangements. You will also see that I was advised by your support staff via the forums that it is not compatible with a Mac at the time.

I was advised by a member of staff at Yola, that you would remove Yola Online Store from my account and instead upgrade my account to the Gold Package.

Still this has not been completed and as you can see from my account, I have spent a lot of money on my websites since last year.

Can you please look into this as a matter of urgency.

unlikely if they give you this they should give it everyone, all you need is your 3 months subscription back ! ... some people are so cheeky!

Firstly I have several websites and huge amounts of money have been infested in them from Boost, Domain Names, Sllver Package Upgrades, Yola Store etc.

Secondly I'm not sure why you are making comments when you clearly do not have all the facts and unable to access my account.

Thirdly to invest in Yola Store and for me to write emails, go onto forums, call support etc for three months only to find the issue is down with Yola, it isn't just about a simple refund it is my time and effort been wasted and which could have been spent on other things.

Forth - Why do I only need 3 months subscription back??? I paid a lump sum and no longer need Yola Boost as I have found alternatives, if you think I can run a company and wait for Yola to sort the software issues out and take no online payments for 12 weeks then I'm not sure what world your living in.

my yola store was a monthly subscription i tried it didnt like it (nothing wrong with the store concept itself just wasnt geared for he uk market) so i ended subscription why would you let this go on for 3 months before deciding you needed to chose another store provider thats 3 months that YOU wasted also yola do not mind if you are a bronze or gold subscriber they look after us all the same and theyu do a very good job! its upto yola if they decide to give you gold but in my opinion all you are entitled to is your money back on the shop

The Yola Online Store has always been available on a Mac though we have advised alternate browsers to Safari when troubleshooting some problems such as loading products into the online store. If you have experienced a consistent problem we are happy to address that with you. Are you currently experiencing a problem with this?

In going through our call records associated with your account we do not see any mention of a free upgrade to Gold. As Gold was only released yesterday it was never even discussed as a feature by our support staff. Our Call Center manager has reached out to you in order to see if there is alternate contact information for you that might show us more of your past history in order to address your confusion and concerns, so I encourage you to work with him to that end for a resolution. Please be clear that while we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your products and that they are all working as they should, we will not be offering free upgrades to Yola Gold.

hi laura, i just wanted to say sorry for getting involved in this topic ... i stand by my comments and can see now ive seen your side of the story that i was correct .... your a very reliable company with great customer service and i felt that you needed backing up in this instance
