Is it a problem with your site builder or your published site?

Hi budgie

I am sorry to hear that you are finished with Yola due to browser difficulties.

Have you tried adding Yola to your compatibility settings in IE8? This button is next to your refresh button. Try clicking it and adding Yola.

Alternatively you can download Firefox for free here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/...

If you still decide to leave we will be sorry to see you go, but I wanted to make sure we had covered all the options first.

Hi there Budgie,

I am sorry you are having this problem. Would you be able to give us some more info on your site. As John asked, is it your published site or sitebuilder that is not loading?

Would you be able to give us your URL so that we can have a look at your site?

Don't be a defeatist, :) you should have seen some of the problems i have had to overcome making my site.

Download firefox and use that - all your problems will magically disappear.

Internet Explorer 8 Apparently Isn't Supported So I Would Suggest What Everybody Else Have.
Try Downloading Firefox!

Hi Guys

For a list of supported browsers, please see: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

John, IE8 is supported, although you are correct that we do recommend Firefox.

Hey Budgie,

Don't give up so soon. I've also been having loads of problems lately and it turns out
it may be one of my routers causing the problems. Yola's site builder seems less forgiving with intermittent internet conections which does not show up with normal browsing. I'm not saying that this is your problem but it may be something worth investigating.

As the others have said, for the best site building experience, use Firefox for your site building. Persevere my friend, I don't think you'll be sorry.

Also, you can have look here to see some other sites that have been built with
the Yola site builder: http://forsite.synthasite.com/website...

Yes include the www. - in google without the www. is page rank 3 and with is 0 - without has over 200 back links without has only about 15 - the problem im having at the minute is everythings redirecting to the www. so i need to build it up.

thanks agian - Lee.

You know what Mayank, I understand this persons frustration. It is great when you truly know your way around but many of us just don't. I am trying to learn but Yola is lacking in areas. There are people that give wonderful, direct, complete answers and others not as well because they don't have those "teaching" skills. One thing I really don't like to see on any forum is talking "about" someone instead of talking to them. I imagine this person very much wanted to succeed and I hope and pray that they do whether it is here or somewhere else.

No one is perfect and yes, we must all try to be kind to one another and patient, very patient whether we are on the learning end or the instruction end. Sometimes it's good just to let someone vent as long as they are not using foul language or being mean to a particular group or person.

thanks, denise
