google adwords voucher expired

i was receive 50$ adwords voucher for yola bronze package,but when i try to redeem it,adwords was say voucher was expired please help me :'(

Our apologies for the late reply. We have discovered that the expiry date on the Google Adword credits were incorrect. We have fixed this up. Please try to use your code again and let us know if problems still persist.

Hello,

I have touched base with a few other customers who were struggling with Adwords and the fix appears to be working for them. Please clear your browser's cache and try again, here's how: Clearing your cache. Certainly let us know if this provides any better luck.

Please keep in mind that Adwords is only available to new customers. If you have ever applied a promotional coupon or voucher to your Google account, you will not be able to take advantage of this discount.

thank's for your attention,but i was say before (you can read my post up there) mine was new adwords acc,and i was try to change my browser even i ask my cousin in different area to help me put the codes,but it was still says expired :(

I have emailed support@yola.com numberous times regarding my expired voucher on account yola@stonelibrary.co.za but not getting any response??
