I've added Google Analytics codes to my site tracking code area, i've also added it to the bottom of each page yet it still says that it's not installed, any help? last problem I had with my site it wasn't answered after I was told I would have someone contact me within 48 hours, anyway help would be gladly appreciated or should I go to google forums and ask? I seem to get a quicker response, sorry but i thought this was award winning service, little frustrated as time is money and all that, don't mean to sound rude no offence intended.

Thankyou.

Hello there!

Google Analytics only requires you to place the code on one page (your index page) in an HTML widget (Fortunately Yola has made it easier by allowing you to paste the code directly into a tracking code box, which it seems you have done) and from that can track all page views on your site. Once you have placed the code and published the changes, Analytics takes a while to pick up that you have installed the tracking code, from my experience usually a day or so.

I would recommend removing all the code you have placed, go back to Analytics and restart the process (get new code etc). Publish your changes, and then wait.

Please let me know if you require further assistance! In a day or two, if the yellow triangle is still showing up on your dashboard telling you Analytics has not been installed, then let me know so we can look at it further.

Regards,
Brandon.
