Google apps verification failed!

I have uploaded the verification .html file to my website in every way I can conceive of inside of Yola, and still cannot verify my website. Help would be appreciated as I can see from correspondance that others who upgraded to Yola Silver just to be able to upload html files found that didn't make a difference either.

I do not want to lose my domain name emails, and so I hope that you can help me get this sorted out asap. as my business if going live in 1 week.

Hello Andy,

You can verify your site with Google Apps by adding a TXT record in your DNS settings.

We have a tutorial on it here: Google Apps

I have the same question.

No html upload allowed unless silver - why not have a pop window? It is only hour's search around that I managed to find it out.

Adding TXT to DNS returns with 'Record of type TXT with name could not be edited: Invalid value' - text itself provided by Google

I am still receiving unable to verify domain message 6 days of adding txt into yola. i cant add html because i am a bronze user and adding a html file isnt working either because i am being told the file is not supported. what do i do now? The only thing i can think to do is delete the domain from google apps and staring again. i havent used the apps account so it wouldnt be a major issue but i dont even know if this work? can you help? shouldi delete and start again?

Hello Keith

Did you follow the steps of our tutorial Setting up e-mail with Google Apps Mail? The steps given there are the only way to set up Google Apps for your Yola-bought domain. Did you get any error messages during the set-up?
Can you maybe provide the TXT record you got from Google for us to check? We could also try to add it for you.

If you've checked that everything is correct, you could also try and start over again, following our tutorial instructions.
