How can existing users tandem their plan and domain? (Can we pay the difference in time pro-rata ahead of time if the hosting is ahead of the domain or sacrifice the hosting lag time if a domain has an earlier due date than the hosting plan).
Thanks for the suggestion Gop. We are watching the effects of our updated pricing and packages carefully as we are still within the first year of having split domain and hosting into separate products. We still believe this is the best value for our members, especially those who wish to host multiple domains. That said, we have seen the confusion and frustration having 2 sets of payments has caused for some. We will continue to strive towards making our subscription and renewal process as streamlined as possible but I do not have any information to provide regarding how this might be executed in the future at this time.
