What is the proper java script to use a button as a bookmark device for a visitor to use? I have tried to solve this, but all I get is a text link. Can someone assist me in generation the proper code to place the bookmark link onto an image? Thanks in advance.

Hello Alan,

Do you mean a bookmark or a link. The reason I ask as bookmarking images is fairly new and sophisticated coding. I have only seen it on one site.

If you have a button then it may be one of two things: a rollover image with a pseudo click response apparent or a static image that when clicked leads you to a link. The first uses java code the second is simply HTML.

I meant to use an image, and attach a bookmark script to it, so when a visitor clicks the 'bookmark button', it adds the page to their bookmarks.
