Have been trying to renew for a month! HELP!!!

I've been trying to renew the domain www.mcqueenapstats.com for about a month now. None of my transactions have gone through, as I've tried about 6 or 7 times. I contacted my financial institution and nothing is wrong with my account. I JUST tried again and got a message that I no longer have the silver package, but I'm confused because the page I was on had a total of $121.?? Is that not for the domain and hosting? Please help! I'm a teacher, school starts Monday and I need my site up!!!

I have reviewed your payment attempts and I can see that they were both unsuccessful because your card issuer declined the payment.

We didn't decline your card ourselves – we were informed of this by your bank. Unfortunately, this means we can't give you any more information on this matter, and you'll need to contact your bank if you have any other questions. Alternatively you can try using a different card or PayPal account.

Because your Yola Silver subscription hasn't been renewed, your account has been downgraded to Free. You will be able to renew both your Yola Silver subscription and domain together by following these steps:

1. Log into your Yola account.
2. Click on the "Domains" link on the left-hand side.
3. Click on the "Renew" button to the right of the domain you'd like to renew.
4. You will be taken to the domain renewal page where you can choose your domain registration period, enable or renew domain privacy and purchase Yola Mail.
5. Follow the steps to make the payment and complete the renewal.
