Have just up Yola email but it isn't working - HELP!

Hi

Have just set up a Yola email - help@reconstructyourpersonality.com but it doesn't appear to be working. Please advise.

I have checked your new Yola Mail mailbox help@reconstructyourpersonality.com in your Yola account, and everything seems to be fine – when I click on the "Yola Mail" link in the left-hand side menu of your My Yola, I'm shown your new mailbox which has successfully been set up. When I click on the "Check inbox" button, I'm redirected to your Yola Mail login page.

Where are you experiencing problems? If you can't login, please try changing your password (there is an option on the Yola Mail page in your My Yola). If you still can't get in, we may have to do some checks which will involve exchanging confidential information with you. Please send us your request using our Contact Support Form to sort this out with you and protect your privacy.
