Having a problem the picture ouploader

I want to upload some pictures to my site. I tried to do it through the file manager and just to add is straight into text by clicking on the in the WYSIWYG editor. When I click on a picture it doesn`t want to start loading. It just stays on 0%. Any ideas how I can sort this out. Is it maybe something to do with the fact that it is PNG pictures?

Hi Ruhan,

We've had some reports that there are problems with images loading on the page after adding them. Could you let me know:
1. What resolution are your images (eg. 300dpi).
2. What size are they (eg. 5 x 5 inches).
3. What browser are you using?

We have had one person say that if they reduce the size (not the resolution) the image then loads. Perhaps you would like to try this? Alternatively, fee free to send an email to us with the file so that we can try on our side.

I can`t upload anything! Not a download file or pictures. I tried varies pictures but it didn`t work. Please help!

Ruhan - can you send us an email (support@yola.com) and attach the file you are trying to add to your page. Could you also let us know which page of your site you are trying to add it to and if you're using the Picture or Text Widget.

Marije, that sounds like a lot of trouble for few pictures. Wouldn`t it be best if the problem would be attended to so I can just add them myself?

The reason why we're asking you do this is because we are not understanding why you're experiencing this issue. If you could provide us with the information Marije has asked, then hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's going on.

I'm having the same issue...also with PNG files that are under the max limit...have you had any resolution to this problem? I guess I will need to email my file also? I've cleared my cache and done all the other things suggested byt the help center...been trying for 3 days.
