That limit of 15MB is per file - it would need to be a massive image to be bigger than 15MB.

Hi Toucharin,

We really recommend that you upload pictures of 100kb or less otherwise they will take a long time to load on your website. This isn't through any fault of Yola's, it's standard practice with images on the web.

100kb is substantially smaller than 15mb.

Hi Toucharin - I've replied to your email to support asking for more information so that we can find out why you are unable to upload your file. Here's what we need to know:
- do you see an error message when you try to upload the file? If so, what does it say?
- What kind of file are you uploading - is it a .jpg, .png. .doc etc?

Can you reply here or to my email please?

Hi Toucharin - I've uploaded the file to your File Manager. Could you try the following:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
4. Check you are using an updated version of Flash: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewC...
